Unfortunately our furry friends come with baggage that we can not accommodate. Pet dander is something that future guests could be allergic to and we don’t want to risk a guest having any issues. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of each cabin and that the outdoors is free from landmines.

The short answer is “probably yes”. However, our check in time is at 4:00 because our cleaners and maintenance need enough time to prepare your cabin after the previous guest leaves. Sometimes they finish early in which case you can check in. The best way is to plan on getting there at 3:00 and hope that they are complete. Feel free to send a message the night before to possibly get in at 2:00

Yes. Our cabins all have unique features that could be dangerous or harmful if you are not properly informed. Our Hold Harmless Agreement gives you all the legal copy to inform you about the property and holds us harmless if an unfortunate incident should occur. You will not be given the check in instruction and codes until you have agreed to the terms and conditions.

Our cancellation policy is here. Please refer to this before booking. We do allow cancellations up to 48 hours after booking and any time after that is non refundable.  

Yes. Please bring a 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle with good tires from November to April. Our winters are very cold and snowy. Getting stuck in the driveway not only ruins your vacation, but it also impacts our other guests and staff. If you feel your vehicle is going to get stuck, please park at the general store across the street and walk to your cabin. The driveway gets plowed every storm, however sometimes, our plow guy can’t keep up with the snowfall. Please be careful of potential icy conditions.

The closets airport is Syracuse International Airport. It is only 1 hour from the cabin and also has rental cars ready for you.

Our massage technicians are available to book at any cabin for any time you want and for as long as you want.😀 Previously, we included 1 hour every morning of your stay at Birch Falls, however we were finding that guests needed more flexibility with their stay.  Now it is an option at any of our cabins.
